| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ＶＤＤ起搏器治疗肥厚性梗阻型心肌病的临床疗效及其血液动力学变化。方法：对６例肥厚梗阻型心肌病患者植入ＶＤＤ起搏器，并进行随访观察，观测其左室流出道压差及血流速度的变化情况。结果：随访期间所有患者的临床症状均有明显缓解。与术前相比，术后随访各期的左室流出道压差及血流速度均有显著降低（Ｐ＜０．００１，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：ＶＤＤ起搏器治疗肥厚性梗阻型心肌病临床效果显著，可明显改善血液动力学状况，是一种较理想的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | AIM:To assess the value of VDD pacing to improve symptoms and release left ventricular outflow obstruction in patiens with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (OHCM).METHODS:6 patients with OHCM who had underwent VDD pacemaker implantation were oberserved with the chang of left ventricular outflow track gradient and blood speed during follow up.RESULT:Compared with pre implatation,clinical symptom has been improved,gradient and blood speed have been reducted significantly ( P<0.001,P<0.01 ) during follow up.CONCLUSION:VDD pacing therapy has been evidenced for progressive symptomatic and hemodynamic improvment and reduction of left ventricular hypertrophy in OHCM. |
