原发性高血压合并糖尿病自主神经活性变化

目的:探讨原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者自主神经变化规律。方法:对37例原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者进行24小时心率变异时域分析,并与年龄匹配的单纯性原发性高血压患者及对照组比较,观察心率变化规律。结果:单纯性原发性高血压病组心率变异时域分析指标比对照组减低(P<0.01),而原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者PNNSO进一步减低(P<0.05)。结论:原发性高血压患者自主神经功能受损,伴糖尿病患者迷走神经功能进一步受损。

The change rule of autonomic nerve in primary hypertension whit diabetes

Objective:The purpose of the present study was to investigate the change rule of autonomic nerve in primary hypertension with diabetes.Methods:The heart rate variability(HRV)of24hours in37patients with primary hypertension associated with diabetes were tested,and compared with those in hypertension patients of almost same age.Results:The heart rate of those primary hypertension patients was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the PNNSO of the patients with primary hypertension associated with diabetes was further decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The autonomic nerve of the patients with primary hypertension was impaired,and the pneumogastric nerve of those patients with primary hypertension associated with diabetes was further impaired.
