精神分裂症患者血清肌酸磷酸激酶活性初探

目的 探讨精神分裂症不同症状类型患者血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)活性。方法 对195例精神分裂症患者在入院第2d、4w末、8w末分别进行血清CPK检测,并与69名健康者对照。结果 以阳性症状为主的患者和混合型发病期的患者(入院第2d)血清CPK的活性显著高于以阴性症状为主要症状的患者(P<0.01),也高于健康对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.01)。以阴性症状为主要症状的患者治疗前后血清CPK的活性与健康对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者发病期血清CPK活性明显增高,而阴性症状为主要症状的患者和阳性症状为主要症状的患者间存在差异性;血清CPK生化指标的改变在某种程度上与阴性、阳性症状存在一定联系。

Activity of serum creatine phosphkinase in schizophrenics

Objective To explore the activity of serum creatine phosphokinase(CPK) in different types of schizophrenia. Methods The CPK values were measured in 195 schizophrenics on the second day and at the end of 4th and 8th week after admission, and compared with 69 healthy controls. Results On the second day, the activity of serum CPK in patients with positive symptoms or mixed symptoms was significantly higher than that in ones with negative symptoms (P < 0.01) and healthy controls, and difference was obvious (P <0.0l). Before and after treatment, there was no obvious difference in CPK activity between the patients with negative symptoms and controls (P > 0.05). Conclusion The activity of serum CPK increases clearly during onset period in schizophrenics, and there was a difference between patients with positive and negative symptoms; changes of serum CPK to some extent correlated to negative and positive symptoms.
