门诊应用森田疗法治疗惊恐障碍效果分析

目的 观察门诊森田疗法治疗惊恐障碍的临床效果。方法 对33例惊恐障碍患者进行药物维持治疗的同时。应用门诊森田疗法辅助治疗。治疗前后均使用生活量表3(LS3)进行自评，并于治疗后由患者依据以下标准自评临床疗效：①痊愈：无惊恐发作和担心发作，社会适应无障碍；②显著进步：焦虑症状大部分消失，社会适应基本自如；③进步：焦虑症状部分消失，社会适应部分改善；④无效：维持森田治疗前水平。采用t检验比较结果。结果 治疗后患者对自己生活的总体满意评分较治疗前明显增加，具有显著性差异；在维持治疗中，应用森田疗法后痊愈8例，显著进步17例，进步6例，无效2例，显效率94％。结论 惊恐障碍维持治疗中应用森田疗法临床效果显著，值得推广。

Morita's therapy in outpatients with panic disorder

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Morita's therapy in outpatients with panic disorder. Methods Thirty - three outpatients were treated with the combination of the Morita therapy and drugs , self - rates with LC3 were made before and after treatment. Results total LC3 score of the post - treatment was higher than that of pre - treatment , which showed a significant difference( P < 0.01) . Conclusion The combination of the Morita's therapy and drugs in patient with panic disorder has better effect.
