| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年人腰椎间盘突出症的影像特点及介人治疗效果。方法 将18例老年患(老年组)和随机抽取40例非老年(非老年组)腰椎向盘突出症患行介人治疗后的结果作对照分析。结果出院时老年组患总有效率93．3％、非老年组95．0％，疗效无显差异(P＞0．05)。而显效老年组为历66．7％、非老年组为90．0％，差异显(P＜0．01)。分析与老年组患椎间盘突出时间较长，纤维环变性程度较重，弹性下降有关，致纤维环还纳较慢。而术后3～23mo随访疗效差异无显性，提示随时间的延长，突出的椎间盘会逐渐还纳，从而使症状改善、消失。结论 老年腰椎间盘突出症患只要适应症选择恰当，采用本治疗可取得较为满意的疗效，但要注意术中并发症的出现。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the efficacy of percutaneous lumbar discectomy and image characteristics in senile patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods Results of interventional therapy were contrastively analyzed between 18 senile patients and 40 non - senile ones. Results The total effective rate of aged group was 93.3% and non - aged group 95.0% ,which showed no significant difference( P > 0.05), but effectual rate of the aged group was 66. 7% and non - aged group 90.0%, the difference was significant P < 0.01). Conclusion Interventional therapy is a safe and effective method for aged patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. |
