| 摘 要： | 目的 评价国产丁二酸洛沙平对精神分裂症的临床疗效与安全性。方法 对122例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别选用丁二酸洛沙平(治疗组)和氯氮平(对照组)进行8w治疗,采用阳性与阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)评定疗效,用副反应评定量表(TESS)评定副作用。结果 两组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。洛沙平组副反应有锥体外系副反应,加用安坦后消失。氯氮平组副反应为白细胞减少及脑电图异常。结论 丁二酸洛沙平是一种有效、安全度大的抗精神病药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To appraise clinical efficacy and safety of national loxapine succinate in schizophrenics. Methods 122 hospitalized schizophrenics were randomly treated with loxapine succnate or clozapine for six weeks, the curative effect and side effects were evaluated with PANSS and TESS respectively. Results The curative effect hadn t significant difference between the two groups. The side-effects of loxapine succinate shows extrapyramidal syndrome, while that of clozapine shows leukothrombopenia and abnormal EEG. Conclusion Loxapine succinate is a effective and safe anti - psychiatric drug. |
