| 摘 要： | 目的 了解利培酮和氯氮平对首发精神分裂症患生活质量的影响。方法 采用生活质量综合评定问卷(CQOL1-74)，分别对利培酮和氯氮平治疗的首发精神分裂症患治疗前及治疗6M后的生活质量进行评定，并比较二对患生活质量影响的差异。结果 利培酮组患治疗6M后躯体功能维度、心理功能维度、社会功能维度、总维度分均显高于治疗前。氯氮平组患心理功能维度、社会功能维度、总维度分均显高于治疗前。氯氮平组患心理功能维度、社会功能维度、总维度分均显离于治疗前。治疗6M后利培酮患躯体功能维度、心理功能维度、社会功能维度、总维度分均显高于氯氮平组患。结论 利培酮对生活质量的影响明显优于氯氮平。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of risperidone and clozapine on the quality of life in first - episode schizophrenics. Methods The quality of life in first - episode schizophrenics treated with risperidone or clozapine was e-valuated with GQOLI - 74 before treatment and in 6th month after treatment, the different effects of the 2 drugs were compared. Results After 6 months of treatment, the scores of physical, mental, social function dimensions and total dimensions scores were significantly higher than that before treatment in the patients with risperidone; the scores of mental, social, function dimensions and total scores were higher in patients with clozapine. The scores of physical, mental, social function dimensions and total scores were significantly higher in patients with risperidone than in ones with clozapine. Conclusion Risperidone is superior to clozapine on the quality of life for first - episode schizophrenics. |
