| 摘 要： | 本文对８９例慢性脑梗塞患者和６３例正常人进行了全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、血小板粘附率、体外血栓形成、血栓弹力图１８项血液流突学指标的检测。结果在明．脑梗塞患者血液流变学指标数值和正常对照组差异极显著。作者认为，血液流变到指标的检测时于脑梗塞患者预测和治疗可提供重要的客观辅助指标．

| Abstract: | 18parameters of hemorheology including whole blood viscosity.plasma viscosity. hematocrit. fibrinogen, platelet adhesion rate, extracorporal thrombosis test. thromboelastogram were measured in 89 cases of patients with chronic cerebral infarction and 63 cases of normal subjects. The results showed that the values of these 18 parameters were all significantly different in the two groups. It demonstrated that the measurements of hemorheological parameters would be useful for predicting and treating patients with cerebral infarction. |
