地龙降压蛋白对自发性高血压大鼠血管紧张素及内皮素含量的影响

摘    要:目的:初步探讨地龙降压蛋白对自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertension rat,SHR)的降压效果及对血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)、内皮素(endothelin,ET)含量的影响。方法:选择16周龄雄性SHR32只随机分为SHR模型组、地龙降压蛋白低剂量组、地龙降压蛋白高剂量组、卡托普利组,同时以同源性Wistar大鼠8只作为正常对照组,药物干预4周。用无创尾动脉套袖法测量大鼠血压;放射免疫分析法测定血浆AngⅡ、ET含量。结果:地龙降压蛋白可明显降低SHR血压;与Wistar组比较,SHR模型组血浆中AngⅡ、ET含量明显升高(P〈0.05);药物干预后,与SHR模型组比较,地龙降压蛋白高、低剂量组及卡托普立组血浆中AngⅡ、ET水平显著降低(P〈0.05)。结论:地龙降压蛋白对SHR有降压作用,其降压机制可能与降低SHR血浆AngⅡ、ET含量有关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of the antihypertensive protein from earthworm on blood pressure, angiotensin Ⅱ and endothelin in spontaneously hypertension rats(SHR). Methods: Tirty-two male SHR were randomized into model group,low dose group,high dose group and captopril group , with 8 rats in each group.Meanwhile,8 male Wistar rats were taken as control group .They received drugs for 4 weeks.Then measured the blood pressure and detected the levels of angiotensin Ⅱ and endothelin in blood by radioimmunoassay.Results: The antihypertensive protein from earthworm could reduce the blood pressure in SHR.The levels of angiotensin Ⅱ and endothelin in blood of the spontaneously hypertension rats got much higher compared with the wistar rats.Compared with the spontaneously hypertension rats, the levels of angiotensin Ⅱ and endothelin in blood of low dose group,high dose group and captopril group got lower after the therapy of the antihypertensive protein from earthworm.Conclusion:The antihypertensive protein from earthworm has a significant antihypertensive effect in SHR. The mechanism may be related to its actions in reducing levels of angiotensin Ⅱ and endothelin in blood.
