| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价双吻合器技术在低位结直肠吻合术中的应用。方法 :分析自 1996年 5月至2 0 0 3年 5月治疗 14 8例直肠癌应用双吻合器技术行结直肠吻合术的临床经过。结果 :术后发生吻合口漏 1例 (0 .6 8% ) ,吻合口狭窄 2例 (1.4 % ) ,无手术死亡。结论 :双吻合器技术扩大了保肛手术的应用范围。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the role of double stapling technique in low position colorectal anatomosis.Methods: Reviewing the data of double stapling technique in colorectal anatomosis in 148 cases with rectal carcinoma from May 1996 to May 2003 did retrospective study. Results: Complications included anastomotic fistula in 1 case (0.68%), anastomotic stenosis in 2 cases (1.4%), the death rate of the operation is zero.Conclusion: The indication of Dixon procedure for low position rectal carcinoma could be broadened by the use of double stapling technique. |
