| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨家长在脑瘫患儿康复护理中的作用。方法 :选择智力正常的脑瘫患儿 76例 ,分成甲、乙 2组 ,运用相同的康复护理手段 ,甲组由护理人员和家长共同实施 ,乙组仅由护理人员实施。康复护理 3个月后评定护理目标实现程度。结果 :甲组主要护理目标实现程度明显高于乙组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :家长与护理人员的密切配合可促进脑瘫患儿护理目标的实现 ,并可获得更为理想的康复护理效果。

Involvement of Parents in Rehabilitation Nursing in Cerebral Palsy Child |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the role of parents in rehabilitation nursing in cerebral palsy children. Methods:Seventy-six cases of palsy children with normal mentality were randomly divided into group A and group B. In the group A, the rehabilitation nursing was carried out by nurses and parents, while in the group B, the rehabilitation nursing was performed only by nurses. Three months after rehabilitation nursing, nursing target was assessed. Results:There was significant difference in the nursing target realization between the two groups ( P< 0.05). Conclusion:Close cooperation of the parents with nurses can promote the realization of nursing target for cerebral palsy child and obtain more ideal rehabilitation nursing effectiveness. |
