疑难护理病例讨论的实施与效果

目的探讨医院开展疑难护理病例讨论的效果。方法采用自设问卷对447名参与疑难护理病例讨论的护士进行疑难护理病例讨论的认知调查。结果100．00％护士认为所选择病例合适且组织方式恰当；81．21％的护士认为开展疑难护理病例讨论有必要；77．18％的护士认为至少每月开展1次；80．00％以上的护士认为提高了专科知识、l临床经验和思维能力；30．00％以上的护士认为参与不够充分、讨论深度不够。结论疑难护理病例讨论能有效提升护士综合素质，各医院可根据具体情况开展。

Application and effects of difficult and complicated case nursing discussion

Objective To explore the effects of difficult and complicated case nursing discussion in hospitals. Method A total of 447 nurses participating the discussion were investigated about their cognition of difficult and complicated case nursing discussion. Results All the nurses thought that eases chosen for discussion and the arrangement were appropriate. Among all the nurses ,81.21% of the nurses thought it was necessary to carry out the discussion ,77.18% of the nurses were held the view that the discussion should be held at least once a month. More than 80.00% of the nurses were thought that their specialty knowledge, clinical experiences and thinking ability were improved through the discussion. Though, there were about 30.00% of the nurses thinking that the discussion was lacking in participation and the depth of the discussion was not enough. Conclusion The discussion of difficult and complicated nursing cases can help to improve the comprehensive quality of the nurses and each hospital can carry out this kind of discussion considering its specific condition.
