临床实习前综合强化训练对护生职业价值观影响的研究

目的探讨临床综合强化训练对护理本科生职业价值观的影响。方法以整群抽样法抽取2007级护理本科生94名，于强化训练前后采用一般资料调查表、中文版护理职业价值观量表以及强化训练满意度调查表进行调查。结果强化训练前后护生职业价值观总均分为（83．72±4．46）分和（85．76±5．47）分；照顾提供得分分别为（3．12±0．17）分和（3．32±0．08）分，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；护生对医院环境的熟悉、总体安排以及带教教师的教学态度、专业技能的满意度均较高。结论组织良好的实习前综合强化训练和带教老师的言传身教对护生职业价值观的形成和发展有着积极的影响。

Study on the influence of clinical comprehensive strengthening training on professional values of the undergraduate nursing students

Objective To explore the influence of clinical comprehensive strengthening training on professional values of the undergraduate nursing students. Methods A total of 74 undergraduate nursing students from grade 2007 were involved by cluster sampling. The general information questionnaire, Nurses Professional Values Scale - Revised and intensive training satisfaction questionnaire were used to investigate them before and after training. Results The scores of professional values of nursing students before and after intensive training were （ 83.72±4.46 ） and （ 85.76±5.47 ）, respectively. The scores of care providing were （3.12±0.17） and （3.32±0.08） respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The nursing students＂ familiarity with the hospital environment,understanding of job duties, and satisfaction to the teaching attitude and professional skills were improved. Conclusion Well - organized comprehensive strengthening training before practice and the teachers＇teaching have positive effect on nursing students＇professional values and developing.
