足底动静脉泵在髋部骨折患者中的应用与效果

目的探讨足底动静脉泵对预防髋部骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法将髋部骨折手术患者200例分为实验组和对照组各100例，对照组采用手法按摩，实验组应用足底动静脉泵。结果实验组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率、伤后7d内患肢肿胀和疼痛程度均低于对照组（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论应用足底动静脉泵能有效减轻患肢肿胀和疼痛，降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率，可推广应用。

Application and effects of plantar arterovenous pump in hip fracture patients

Objective To explore the effects of plantar arteriovenous pump from preventing deep venous thrombosis in hip fracture patients. Methods A total of 200 patients with hip fractures were divided into the experimental group （ n = 100） and the control group （ n = 100 ） randomly. The patients in the experimental group were treated with plantar arteriovenous pump while the control group were treated with massage. Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis, the degree of swelling and pain in ill limbs of the patients in 7 days after injury were both lower in the experimental group than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The plantar arteriovenous pump can effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis and alleviate swelling and pain in ill limbs in hip fracture patients and it is valuable for popularization and application.
