市场营销理念在护理服务中的应用现状

摘    要:文章归纳了护理市场营销的外部护理营销、内部护理营销、互动护理营销等护理营销模式,指出了市场营销理念在护理服务中的应用现状,即:完善沟通技术,促进团队整体素质的提高;落实护理品牌,提升护理服务窗口形象;贯彻个性、多样化护理服务,实现护理质量质的飞跃。

Abstract:This paper reviewed the marketing modes of external marketing mode, internal marketing mode, interactive marketing mode. The application of the marketing concept in nursing services could improve the communication technology and the quality of team, implement nursing brands and enhance the image of nursing service, realize the personality and diverse nursing services, so as to improve the quality of nursing services.
