基层医院设立糖尿病健康教育专职护士的效果观察

目的探讨基层医院设立糖尿病健康教育专职护士的效果。方法将2011年1至12月来我院就诊的300例2型糖尿病患者分为干预组和对照组，各150例。两组患者均采用常规诊治及护理，干预组在此基础上进行有针对性的糖尿病健康教育。结果干预组患者的血糖达标情况、健康行为、满意度、住院人数、医生日门诊量明显优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论通过设立健康教育护士提高了患者的遵医行为、血糖达标率、患者满意度，缩短了医生诊治时间，增加了门诊量，降低了平均住院人数。

Effects observation of setting up health education nurses for diabetic patients in a basic level hospital

Objective To explore the effects of establishing health education nurses for diabetic patients in the basic level hospital. Methods A total of 300 type 2 diabetic patients from January to December of 2011 were divided into the intervention group and the control group, 150 patients in each group. Two groups of patients were all received conventional treatment and nursing. In addition, the intervention group was received the targeted health education. Results The level of blood glucose, health behavior, satisfaction degree, the number of hospitalization, the number of daily outpatient visits in the intervention group were obviously superior than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Through setting up health education nurses, the treatment compliance, the rate of blood glucose control, and the satisfaction degree of patients are improved. The time of doctors＇treatment is reduced, and the number of daily outpatient visits is increased. The number of hospitalizations is reduced.
