| 摘 要： | 目的：制备拟Alzheimer病的简易大鼠模型。方法：大鼠海马CAI区微量注射冈田酸（Okadaic acid OA）隔日1次，共4次，采用Morris水迷宫测试大鼠空间学习记忆能力，免疫组化法观察大鼠海马过度磷酸化tau蛋白的表达，并与正常对照组比较。结果：与对照组比较，模型组大鼠学习记忆能力下降，海马磷酸化tau蛋白表达显著增强。结论：大鼠海马CA1区多次微量注射OA可制备简易拟Alzheimer病大鼠模型。

| Abstract: | Objective：To prepare a simple rat model of Alzheimer＇ s disease. Methods： Microinjection of Okadaic acid was given into the rat hippocampus CA1 region once every other day for 4 times totally. The spatial learning memory ability of rats was detected by Morris water maze. The expression of tau hyperphosphorylation was observed by immuno- histochemistry staining and compared with a normal control group. Results：Compared with the control group, the learning memory ability of rats in the model group was decreased significantly but the expression of protein-tau hyperphospho- rylation was obviously increased in hippocampus. Conclusion ：That the microdosis of Okadaic acid is injected into hipp-ocamal CAI region of rat for many times might prepare a simple rat model of Alzheimer＇ s disease. |
