中西医结合治疗肺心病的疗效探讨

目的探讨中西医结合综合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病（肺心病）急性发作期的临床疗效。方法将66例肺心病急性发作期患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用在常规西医治疗方案的基础上,施以宣肺平喘、化痰止咳、健脾益肺之方;对照组给予西医常规治疗。治疗7d后,比较两组患者的症状、体征及检查结果。结果治疗组患者症状、体征及检查结果改善情况均优于对照组,平均住院天数也短于对照组。结论中西医结合综合治疗方案能提高肺心病急性发作期临床综合疗效。

Curative Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy on Patients with Pneumocardial Disease

Objective To value the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease（CPHD） in acute attack stage. Methods 66 patients with CPHD in acute attack stage were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The patients in experimental group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy. Therapeutic methods were following： ventilating lung to relieve asthma, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, invigorate spleen and lung. The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine therapy. All the patients were treated for 7 days. Symptoms,physical signs and examination results of patients were analysed with statistical methods. Results Symptoms, physical signs and examination results of patients in experimental group were better than control group, and the hospital days was short than control group. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and west- ern medicine therapy could improve the curative effect in patients with CPHD in acute attack stage.
