白花蛇舌草化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的 对研究中药白花蛇舌草化学成分.方法 采用各种色谱技术进行分离,应用波谱数据及理化性质,对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定.结果 自白花蛇舌草中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为对香豆酸(Ⅰ),对香豆酸甲酯(Ⅱ),2-醛基-5-羟甲基呋喃(Ⅲ),槲皮素(Ⅳ),山柰酚(Ⅴ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ).结论 化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ为首次从该种植物中分离得到.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of Hedyotis diffusa. METHODS: Column chromatographies were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents of this plant, and their structures were identified by spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as p-coumaric acid (I), methyl-p-coumarate (II), 2-formyl-5- hydroxymethylfuran (III), quercetin (IV), kaempferol (V), beta-sitosterol(VI) and daucosterol(VII), respectively, among which the compounds II and III were isolated from Hedyotis diffusa for the first time.
