| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨D?cortication法治疗骨不连的疗效。方法：采用D?cortication法治疗骨不连患者47例,其中胫骨27例,股骨干13例,肱骨7例,4例接受骨移植；观察骨折愈合时间、及功能恢复情况。结果：随访4-18个月,经影像学证实,患者骨不连全部治愈,均实施一次手术。患肢功能恢复良好。结论：D?cortication法是一种有效的治疗骨不连的手术方法。

| Abstract: | objective: To study the treatment of bone is not even Decortication method of curative effect. Methods: the method of bone is not even Decortication treatment in patients with 47cases, tibia in 27cases, femoral 13 cases, humerus in 7cases, 4cases underwent bone graft; Observe the healing time, and the function recovery. Result: followed up 4 to 18 months, the imaging confirmed that bone is not even all patients cured, are conducting an operation. Limb function recovered well. Conclusion: Decortication method is an effective treatment of nonunion bone. |
