茵陈蒿汤中大黄配伍意义的探析

摘    要:茵陈蒿汤为中医治疗湿热黄疸之要方。关于方中大黄的配伍意义历代医家各有见解,现代不同版本的方剂学教材对其叙述也多有不同。现基于方证相关的学理,通过对茵陈蒿汤原方中的主治、配伍及其用法经验的考察,结合大黄的性能及功效,探讨该方中配伍大黄的意义,认为大黄在方中的主要作用是清热利湿,兼行逐瘀活血及泻热畅腑;同时认为对古方配伍意义的认识不应是一成不变的,方药功用与病证病机之间的高度关联是进行制方释理的重要规则。

Abstract:Artemisia capillaris soup for traditionai Chinese medicine treatment of damp heat jaundices. About the party in the compatibility of rhubarb meaning that genetions of physicians have insights. Different versions of the modern pharmacology teaching materials for its narrative also have more different. This article is based on the ralated theory, through to the original party of the artemisia capillaris soup attending, compatibility and usage experience,combined with the properties and the efficacy of rhubarb, to explore the compatibility of radix et rhizoma rhei in meaning, and we think that the main role of thubarb in party is been used to clear heat and promote diuresis , line and line by stasis blood and purging heat chang inner parts;also we think that understanding of the significance of cuba compatibility should be set in stone. Function associated with the height of the disease pathogenesis between the formulas of system side intepretation is one of the important rules.
