茵陈蒿汤中大黄配伍意义的探析

茵陈蒿汤为中医治疗湿热黄疸之要方。关于方中大黄的配伍意义历代医家各有见解,现代不同版本的方剂学教材对其叙述也多有不同。现基于方证相关的学理,通过对茵陈蒿汤原方中的主治、配伍及其用法经验的考察,结合大黄的性能及功效,探讨该方中配伍大黄的意义,认为大黄在方中的主要作用是清热利湿,兼行逐瘀活血及泻热畅腑;同时认为对古方配伍意义的认识不应是一成不变的,方药功用与病证病机之间的高度关联是进行制方释理的重要规则。
