| 摘 要： | 目的探讨益气活血中药黄芪与丹参对急性肺损伤模型大鼠血浆和肺组织匀浆中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)的影响。方法将30只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、中药组各10只,采用放射免疫法分别检测各组大鼠血浆及肺组织匀浆中CGRP、ET-1的含量。结果中药组大鼠的血浆及肺组织匀浆中CGRP含量分别为(38.19±4.79)ng/L和(165±8.63)ng/L,明显高于模型对照组(P均<0.05);中药组大鼠的血浆及肺组织匀浆中ET-1含量分别为(53.78±5.10)ng/L和(251.12±8.06)ng/L,明显低于模型对照组(P均<0.01);中药组与正常对照组比较无显著性差异。结论益气活血中药黄芪和丹参可能是通过促进CGRP合成与释放、抑制ET-1的生成及释放起到对模型大鼠急性肺损伤的防治作用。
