透明质酸钠联合复方竹节参治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

目的探讨透明质酸钠关节腔注射联合口服复方竹节参治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 2006年1月—2009年1月本院收治245例(312膝)膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机选取134例(156膝)为对照组,行单纯透明质酸钠关节腔注射治疗,111例(156膝)为实验组采用透明质酸钠关节腔注射联合口服复方竹节参治疗。通过随访膝关节疼痛、肿胀及功能改善的转归情况评价其疗效。结果经12个月随访,对照组3个月、6个月、12个月的优良率分别为92.3%,80.2%,71.2%;实验组优良率分别为93.0%,90.1%,85.3%。随访3个月2组疗效比较均无显著性差异(P均>0.05);随访6个月、12个月实验组疗效显著(P均<0.05)。结论单用透明质酸钠或者联合口服复方竹节参治疗膝关节骨性的关节炎近期均能缓解膝关节骨性关节炎的症状、改善膝关节活动功能,联合口服复方竹节参片治疗远期疗效更显著。

Clinical observation of sodium hyaluronate combined with compound recipe japanese ginseng on osteoarthrosis of knee

Objective It is to approach the clinical curative effect of sodium hyaluronate by intra-articular injection combined with compound recipe japanese ginseng taken orally on osteoarthrosis of knee.Methods 245 patients with knee osteoarthritis,312 knees altogether,were randomly divided into two groups.134 cases with 156 knees were in control group and treated only with sodium hyaluronate by intra-articular injection.111 cases with 156 knees were in experimental group and treated with sodium hyaluronate by intra-articular injection combined with compound recipe japanese ginseng taken orally.The curative effect was evaluated through following up the turnover information of knee joint pain,tumefaction and function improvement.Results After 12 months follow up,the fineness rates in control group after three months,six months and twelve months were respectively 92.3%,80.2% and 85.3% and those in experimental group were respectively 93.0%,90.1% and 85.3%.There was no significantly difference on the curative effect between the two groups after three months follow up(P>0.05),but there were significant differences on the curative effect between the two groups after six months and twelve months follow up(both P<0.05).Conclusion Only sodium hyaluronate or combined with compound recipe japanese ginseng taken orally on osteoarthrosis of knee can control the symptoms in early period and improve the function of the arthritis.Sodium hyaluronate combined with compound recipe japanese ginseng taken orally can maintain the efficacy in long term.
