| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理因素与体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗结局的相关性,为提高IVF-ET治疗成功率提供理论基础。方法对150例行IVF-ET治疗的不孕症患者(病例组)及150例因妇科疾病就诊的已婚患者(对照组)采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)进行调查,对获得的数据进行t检验和2检验。结果病例组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、状态焦虑与特质焦虑评分同正常生育妇女相比均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论在试管婴儿治疗过程中,关注试管婴儿治疗妇女的心理健康状况,能够降低试管婴儿患者的心理健康问题的发生,从而提高IVF的临床妊娠率。
