| 摘 要： | 目的研究白蔹、乌头单用及合用时对SGC-7901人胃腺癌细胞增殖、凋亡的影响。方法体外培养SGC-7901细胞,MTT法测定白蔹、乌头单用及合用时SCG-7901细胞增殖情况;Hoechst33258荧光活染法观察凋亡细胞核形态学改变。结果白蔹、乌头合用对胃腺癌细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用;作用后胃腺癌细胞表现为凋亡特征性的形态改变;还可将细胞阻滞于G1和G2期并浓度依赖性地诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。结论白蔹、乌头合用对体外培养的SGC-7901人胃腺癌细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用,可促进其凋亡。
