姜黄素及BMSCs对溃疡性结肠炎小鼠肠黏膜病理改变的影响

摘    要:目的观察姜黄素及骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)小鼠结肠黏膜病理变化的影响。方法用2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)灌肠制造溃疡性结肠炎小鼠模型,观察姜黄素联合BMSCs对小鼠行为及体质量变化、结肠黏膜大体形态和组织病理学评分的影响。结果造模组小鼠经治疗,行为改变及体质量变化小,肠黏膜大体形态评分、组织学评分降低,与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论姜黄素联合BMSCs能有效减轻溃疡性结肠炎小鼠结肠黏膜的病变损伤,促进肠黏膜的修复。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the influence of curcumin and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell(BMSCs) on the pathological changes of colonic mucous in mice with ulcerative colitis(UC).
