| 摘 要： | 目的探讨穴位埋线结合强肝消脂饮治疗对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)患者足三阴经穴位皮温的影响。方法将120例NASH患者随机分为4组:穴位埋线结合强肝消脂饮治疗组30例(A组),多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊对照组30例(B组),单用强肝消脂饮治疗组30例(C组),单用穴位埋线治疗组30例(D组),4组疗程均为3个月。治疗前后检测4组患者肝功能(ALT、AST)、血脂(TC、TG)、胰岛素抵抗指数及足三阴经穴位皮温。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后A组ALT和AST均明显降低,肝功能和血脂均明显改善,且穴位埋线治疗后足三阴经穴位皮温有明显改善。结论穴位埋线治疗可通过提高足三阴经穴位皮温,调节经脉经气运行以达到治疗NASH患者的作用,为NASH经络病机认识奠定了基础。
