| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺配合穴位按摩治疗弹响指的临床疗效。方法 27例弹响指患者均接受针刺配合穴位按摩治疗,隔天治疗1次,5次为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果 27例患者治愈9例,总有效率为100%;27例患者治疗后的疼痛分级指数感觉分、情绪分和总分及VAS评分和PPI评分均明显改善。结论穴位按摩配合针刺能够明显缓解弹响指患者患指的疼痛症状,能帮助手指肌腱功能的恢复。
