中药敷贴联合按摩点穴治疗功能性便秘35例临床观察

目的观察中药敷贴联合按摩点穴对老年人功能性便秘的疗效。方法对35例符合罗马Ⅲ诊断标准的老年功能性便秘患者采用中药敷贴联合按摩点穴疗法,疗程20 d,随访3个月,通过便秘症状评估表积分变化进行疗效评价。结果本组总有效率为94%,与治疗前相比,治疗5 d、治疗10 d、治疗15 d、治疗20 d时的总积分均有显著性差异(P均<0.01);各分项积分也均有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01);3个月后随访,与治疗结束时比较,症状总积分改变无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论中药敷贴联合按摩点穴对老年人功能性便秘有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine plaster application combined with massage and attacking vital point on 35 patients with functional constipation

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine plaster application combined with massage and attacking vital point on old patients with functional constipation(FC).Methods 35 old patients with FC who accorded with the Rome Ⅲ criteria were treated with the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine plaster application combined with massage and attacking vital point.The courses of treatment were 20 days and the time of follow up was three months.The curative effect was evaluated by the score changes of symptoms in constipation assessment table.Results The total effective rate was 94%.Compared with before treatment,the total score after treatment for 5 days,10 days,15 days and 20 days all had significant improvement(all P<0.01) and the scores of sub-item symptoms all had significant improvement(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with at the end of treatment,the total score after follow up for three months had no significant improvement(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine plaster application combined with massage and attacking vital point has better clinical curative effect on old patients with FC.
