中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌回顾性研究

摘    要:目的分析中医药治疗、中西医结合治疗与晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者生存时间的关系,以及可能影响晚期非小细胞肺癌预后的相关因素。方法收集201例晚期NSCLC患者的一般情况、病理类型、临床分期、治疗情况、中位生存期及影响预后相关因素等,采用单因素生存分析(K-M)法绘制生存曲线,用对数秩和检验(Log-Rank)时序分析各因素与生存时间的关系,再采用COX比例风险模式分析影响生存时间的因素。结果 201例晚期NCCLC患者中位生存期12个月,6个月生存率为82.26%。其中138例中医药联合放、化疗或靶向治疗的晚期NSCLC患者中位生存期13个月,6个月生存率81.57%;63例单纯中医药治疗的NSCLC患者,中位生存期10个月,6个月生存率78.83%。经单因素分析显示性别及吸烟情况、治疗情况对晚期NSCLC生存时间有影响,进入多因素COX分析后提示吸烟状况及治疗情况仍有显著性差异。结论吸烟可作为判断晚期NSCLC生存时间的独立因素;中医药治疗晚期NSCLC可延长中位生存期,在此基础上联合现代疗法可进一步提高患者总体疗效,延长生存期。
