肝病治疗仪联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎病毒携带者的研究

目的观察肝病治疗仪联合阿德福韦酯对慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)携带者(CHBVCs)细胞免疫和HBV复制的影响,旨在探讨该治疗仪治疗CHBVCs的作用和作用机制。方法 60例CHBVCs随机分为2组。治疗组应用肝病治疗仪联合阿德福韦酯治疗,对照组单用阿德福韦酯。用ELISA法和实时荧光定量PCR法分别检测治疗前和治疗12周及24周2组患者PBMCs上清液IFN-γ和血清HBV DNA含量。结果治疗组治疗后IFN-γ显著增高(P<0.05或0.01),HBV DNA有效下降率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝病治疗仪联合阿德福韦酯可上调CHBVCs患者细胞免疫应答,诱生细胞因子IFN-γ,抑制HBV复制,优于单用阿德福韦酯。

Study of bionic medical instrument with microcomputer on hepatic disease combined with Adefovir on chronic hepatitis B virus carriers

Objective It is to observe the influence of bionic medical instrument with microcomputer on hepatic disease(HDBMI) combined with Adefovir on cellular immunity and replication of hepatitis B virus in chronic hepatitis B virus carriers(CHBVCs),which is in order to approach the effects and mechanism of HDBMI on CHBVCs.Methods 60 cases of CHBVCs were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with HDBMI combined with Adefovir and the control group was treated with Adefovir only.Before treatment and at treatment point of 12 week and 24 week,the levels of IFN-γ in PBMCs supernatant in all patients of two groups were determined with ELASA and the contents of serum HBV DNA were detected with the PCR method.Results The levels of IFN-γ in treatment group heightened significantly after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and the effective lowering rate of HBV DNA was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion HDBMI combined with Adefovir can upregulate cellular immune response,induce IFN-γ and inhibit HBV reproduce and the effect is better than Adefovir alone.
