| 摘 要： | 目的探讨程氏分清饮对实验性大鼠肾病综合征的治疗作用。方法采用大鼠尾静脉一次性注射盐酸多柔比星(5.5 mg/kg)的方法造成大鼠肾病综合征模型,将实验动物随机分为正常对照组(A组)、模型对照组(B组)、程氏分清饮治疗组(C组)、激素治疗组(D组)、程氏分清饮加激素治疗组(E组)。观察该方对肾病大鼠24 h尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、尿素氮、血清肌酐、三酰甘油的影响。结果 B、C、D、E组与A组比较,24 h尿蛋白明显增高,模型制作成功。C、D、E组与B组比较,24 h尿蛋白明显降低,血清生化指标明显改善。结论程氏分清饮具有激素相似的治疗效果。
