皮肤软组织扩张术的临床应用

目的介绍皮肤软组织扩张术的方法和应用体会。方法借助于扩张器的扩张作用获得“额外”的皮肤、软组织用以修复邻近的缺损而不需要皮肤移值。结果临床应用１４例。失败１例（７．１％），成功１３例（９２．９％），成功患者的满意率为９２．４％。结论皮肤软组织扩张术对组织缺损具有独特的修复效果。对适应症、并发症及手术要点进行了讨论。

Clinical application of soft tissue expansion

Objectives To introduce the method and experience of the soft tissue expansion.Methods Soft tissue expansion by an expander can provide extra skin flap for repair of the adjacent skin and soft tissue defect,not needing to graft skin from other donor site.Results Fourteen postburn cases repaired by this procedure are reviewed.One case failed(7.1%),thirteen were successful(92.9%) and 92.4% of which obtained satisfactory result.Conclusions This therapy has special effect for repair of the skin and soft tissue defect.The operative indications,complications and key points are discussed.
