| 摘 要： | 本文就现代高等教育对专业教师的知识结构、教师角色及师生关系的要求进行了探讨。同时，提出了本学科实现教师知识转型的策略与方法，包括：树立终身学习的理念，积极开展教学改革与教学研究，建立青年教师校本培养体系等。
