微波消解ICP-AES法测定海洋鱼类中痕量金属元素的含量

摘    要:采用硝酸—过氧化氢作为消解液对样品进行微波溶样,应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱技术(ICP—AES)分别对湛江市场9种鱼类中的Zn、Cd、As、Fe、Cr、Cu等6种金属元素进行测定,结果表明不同鱼类对重金属的累积存在明显差异,部分鱼类中存在着重金属含量超标的情况。考虑到鱼类食用安全和人体健康,应引起有关部门的高度重视。

Abstract:By using nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide solution as the digestion of samples by microwave digestion,and appling inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP—AES) respectively,six kinds of trace elements(Zn、Cd、As、Fe、Cr、Cu) of 9 kinds of fish in Zhanjiang market are determined.Results show that the accumulation of heavy metals among the fish are different.According to the results,some heavy metals elements are over the relevant limit.Taking into account the safety of fish for human consumption and human health,relevant departments should pay great attention to it.
