| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠期女性婚姻质量与焦虑、抑郁情绪的关系。方法:对180例妊娠中后期妇女(12周以上)运用OLSON婚姻质量问卷(ENR ICH)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)测查。结果:受试者在婚姻质量问卷4个维度上的得分低于美国常模。其中在夫妻交流、角色平等性两个因子上的得分高于美国常模;婚姻质量与抑郁、焦虑呈极其显著的负相关;婚姻满意度、夫妻交流、解决冲突的方式、经济安排4个因子与抑郁,焦虑呈极其显著的负相关。结论:婚姻质量对妊娠中后期女性的抑郁、焦虑情绪有显著的影响。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relationship between marriage quality,depression and anxiety on the basis of investigating the marriage quality about pregnant woman.Methods:The study used Olson Quality of marital Scale and HAD Scale to investigate 180 women at mid-late pregnancy(>12-week gestation).Results:The score of Marriage quality were negatively correlated with depression and anxiety.Marriage satisfaction,communication of couple,the way of settling confliction and economic arrange were negatively correlated with depression and anxiety.Conclusion:There is significantly influence between marriage quality and depression and anxiety. |
