小檗碱对脑缺血大鼠软脑膜微循环的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨小檗碱对脑缺血大鼠软脑膜微循环的影响。方法:采用低压低灌方法复制大鼠脑缺血模型,应用MCIP微循环图像处理系统,通过开放式颅窗观察小檗碱对软脑膜微循环障碍的影响。结果:小檗碱能扩张软脑膜微循环微动脉,加快微循环血流速度。结论:小檗碱具有改善软脑膜微循环,抗脑缺血作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of berberine on cerebral pial microcirculation in cerebral ischemic rats.Methods:Building cerebral ischemic model by reducing blood perfusion of rat brain. By opening crania window, microcirculation image processing system (MCIP) was used to test the effect of berberine on cerebral pial microcirculation.Results:Berberine dilated peripheral arterial of cerebral pial microcirculation and accelerated the rate of blood flow of microcirculation.Conclusion:Berberine could improve cerebral pial microcirculation of cerebral ischemic rats and prevent the development of cerebral ischemia.
