| 摘 要： | 目的 回顾分析基层医院近 10年来急性心肌梗死患者获得的治疗进步和效益。方法 75例患者分别接受常规、溶栓、或转送上级医院介入治疗并随访 ,对结果和效益进行医患双方综合分析。结果 10年来随着医疗条件改善 ,特别是经过溶栓和介入治疗的患者死亡率明显下降。结论 基层医院在自身条件限制下要通过辩证思维、因地制宜、争取外援技术力量提高患者治愈率、促进自身发展。

| Abstract: | Objective Reviewing AMI treatment in grass root hospital, analyze the progress and benefit in past 10 years. Methods All the cases were divided into three groups: common treatment, common treatment combined with intravenous thrombolytic therapy, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) after common treatment with intravenous thrombolytic (sent to upper level hospital). Result Along with the medical treatment conditions get better, the death rate of AMI is distinctly decreased. Conclusions In view of the limitation of self conditions, grass root hospital must think about dialectically, suit measures to local conditions, and strive for outside force to raise the cure rate and the level of self-development. |
