冠心宁注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及对血浆脑钠肽的影响

目的观察冠心宁注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效，并探讨其对患者血浆脑钠肽水平的影响。方法78例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组39例。对照组行常规强心、利尿、扩血管治疗；观察组在常规治疗的同时给予冠心宁注射液静滴，2周后采用超声心动图相关指标评价临床疗效，并测定治疗前后患者血浆脑钠肽水平。结果治疗2周后，观察组显效率为61．54％，总有效率为87．18％；对照组显效率为30．77％，总有效率为69．23％，两组显效率及总有效率差异均具有显著性（P〈0．05）；治疗后，两组患者心功能指标LVEF、CO均较治疗前显著改善（P〈0．01），且治疗组LVEF、CO改善程度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后，两组血浆BNP水平均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．01），且治疗组降低程度较对照组显著（P〈0．05）。结论在常规治疗基础上，加用冠心宁注射液可有效降低慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽水平，显著改善患者心功能，疗效确切可靠。

Curative effects of Guanxinning injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure and its influence on the level of brain natriuretic peptide

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Guanxinning injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure and its influence on brain natriuretic peptide level.Methods Seventy-eight patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given the conventional treatment of cardiotonics,dieresis and vasodilation while the treatment group was given Guanxinning injection once a day.Two weeks later,the clinical efficacy were evaluated by echocardiography indicators,and the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide in patients before and after treatment were determined.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 87.18%,which was significantly than that of the control group(69.23%) with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);After treatment,the level of LVEF,CO and plasma BNP of both groups were greatly improved compared to that of pretreatment(P < 0.01),and the degree of improvement of the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,using of Guanxinning injection can improve patients’ cardiac function and reduce the level of plasma BNP,which is effective and reliable for the treatment of chronic heart failure.
