鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎并鼻息肉的临床疗效分析

目的分析鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎并鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法选择我院2010年6月-2011年6月92例慢性鼻窦炎并鼻息肉患者,采用鼻内窥镜下手术,本组患者设为内镜组。选择同期采用传统根治术的患者60例作为对照组,所有患者均进行3-12个月的随访,观察两种手术方法治疗后的效果及术后复发情况。结果内镜组总有效率为92.39%,高于对照组的71.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。随访期间内镜组复发率6.52%（6/92）,对照组复发率18.33%（11/60）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎并鼻息肉治愈率高,并发症少,复发率低,安全有效。

The analysis of the clinical effect for endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy for endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods 92 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps from June 2010 to June 2011 were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery.The group of patients was set as the endoscopic group,and 60 patients with traditional radical surgery were set as the control group over the same period.All patients were taken for 3-12 months of follow-up to observe the effects and recurrence after treatment of the two surgical techniques.Results Endoscopic cured was in 44 cases,41 cases improved,the total effective rate was 92.39%.There were 18 cases cured in the control group,25 cases improved,the total efficiency was 71.67%.Compared between the two groups,the difference between the two groups was significant,there was statistical significance(P <0.05).All patients were followed up for 3-12 months,the endoscopic group was with six cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 6.52%(6/92),the control group was with 11 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 18.33%(11/60),the difference between the two groups was significant,there was statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion The cure rate of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps is high and with fewer complications,the recurrence rate is low,and it is a safe and effective method.
