| 摘 要： | 选择泰兴市430例胃癌新发病例按年龄，性别和居住地进行以人群为基础1、：1配对的病例对照研究，结果显示经济状况差，不良嗜好（吸烟和饮酒）不良饮食生活习惯（三餐不按时和进食速度 ）和不良精神因素（长期忧郁和长期处于精神压抑状态）以及胃部病变会增加泰兴市居民患胃癌的危险性，而多吃新鲜蔬菜水果和有的人际关系则可降低患胃癌的危险性。

| Abstract: | A population based case-control study including 430 cases of stomach cancer newly diagnosed and controls matches with age,sex and resident area was carried out in Taixing City.Poor economic condition,poor diet habit (irregularity,fast eating),poor hobby (higher comsumption of alcohol or smoking),some psychologic problems (long time depressive state),and pathological changes of stomach would increase the risk,whereas diet with more fresh vegetable and fruit and good personnel relationship would reduce the risk of stomach cancer. |
