长托林治疗急性有机磷农药中毒25例临床疗效观察

目的探讨长托林在治疗急性有机磷农药中毒中的临床疗效。方法在常规治疗的基础上采用长托宁治疗25例急性有机磷农药中毒患者，并与对照组传统方法治疗的20例患者进行比较，观察两组治疗疗效。结果与对照组相比，治疗组CHE恢复时间、并发症发生率和死亡率明显降低（P〈0．05），治愈率明显升高（P〈0．05）。结论长托宁治疗急性有机磷农药中毒具有确切疗效。

The clinical effects of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride for acute organophosphorus pesticide

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride for acute organophosphorus pesticide. Methods 25 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide were received therapy in combination with Penehyclidine Hydrochloride and traditional treatment, and compared with those of 20 cases of organophosphorus pesticide with traditional treatment, the changes on the choline esterase, length of stay,complication and case fatality were compared between two groups. Results Treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide With Penehyclidine Hydrochloride could reduce the occurrence of complications ,decrease the coincidneee time of choline esterase,length of stay and mortality. Conclusion It is suggested that the approach on therapy with Penehyclidine Hydrochloride has a good effect for the patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide.
