青光眼滤过术后白内障超声乳化术

目的　总结颞侧巩膜隧道切口超声乳化术联合人工晶体植入术治疗青光眼滤过术后的白内障的临床疗效及手术经验。方法　对 42例青光眼术后的白内障患者避开原滤泡于颞侧巩膜隧道切口行超声乳化术并于囊袋内植入人工晶体。结果　经过 3个月以上的随访 ,10 0 %患者术后均保持有效滤过功能 ,92 8%患者矫正视力 0 1以上。结论　颞侧巩膜隧道切口行超声乳化术联合人工晶体植入术对青光眼滤过术后的白内障是一种理想、安全、有效的手术方法。

Ultraemulsion Process of Cataract after Glaucomatous Filtration

Objective To summarize the clinical curative effect and operative experience of treating cataract after glaucomatous filtration with temporal sclera tunnel ultraemutsification combinated with the implantation of artificial crystal. Method 42 patients with cataract after glaucomatous operation were ultraemutsified through temporal sclera tunnel cut and implanted with the artificial crystal into the sac by keeping away from the original folliculus. Result After following up for 3 months, 100% patients kept effective fitration function after operation and the corrected visual acuity of 92.8% patients was above 0.1. Conclusion Ultraemulsion process through temporal sclera tunnel cut combinated with implantation of artificial crystal is an ideal, safe and effective method of treating cataract after glaucomatous filtration.
