| 摘 要： | 目的 观察银杏叶提取物舒血宁注射液对急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法 将 2 0 0例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 10 0例给予舒血宁注射液 2 0ml加入NS 5 0 0ml静滴 ,qd ,15d ;对照组 10 0例给予复方丹参注射液 3 0ml加入NS5 0 0ml静滴 ,qd ,15d ,其余常规治疗相同。结果 治疗组神经功能缺损评分减少明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,其血液流变学指标较对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 舒血宁治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy and safety of shuxuening in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Two hundreds patients with ACI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group respectively.The patients in each group were treated with routine therapy ,shuxuening was added to the treatment group,composita salvia miltiorrhizae infection was administered in the control group .The time of two groups treatment was fifteen days.Results The neurofunction deficit score (NFD) in the treatment group was better than in the control group(P<0.01). The changes of hemorheology parameters were significiant differences in the treatment group comparing with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening is effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. |
