P53表达在胸腺瘤分型中的意义

目的探讨P53的表达在不同类型胸腺瘤中的意义。方法选取我科2000年5月至2005年12月29例经病理证实的胸腺瘤手术切除标本,采用SP免疫组化方法检测P53蛋白在胸腺瘤中的表达情况。结果P53阳性表达率分别为:良性胸腺瘤7.70%,恶性胸腺瘤I型50.00%,胸腺癌100%。P53的表达随着肿瘤恶性程度的增高而增加(P<0.05)。P53蛋白表达的阳性率与胸腺组织学类型及是否伴有重症肌无力(MG)无关(P>0.05)。结论P53的表达在不同类型胸腺瘤中差异显著,对于判断胸腺瘤良恶性有重要参考价值。

Significance of P53 protein expression in classification of thymoma

Objective To explore the significance of P53 protein expression in different type of thymoma. Methods From May 2000 to December 2005,29 cases operative specimen of thymoma were confirmed by pathology and P53 protein of thymoma was detected by using immunohistochemical assay. Results P53 positive rate was as follows: non-invasive thymoma was7.70%;malignant thymoma (category I) was 50.00% and thymus cancer was100%. With increasing malignant degree of thymoma,the P53 expression was more and more increasing. There was no relationship between the P53 positive rate and histology type and whether associated with myasthenia gravis (P >0.05). Conclusion P53 expression has significant difference in different type of thymoma. It possesses an important value to distinguish invasive from non-invasive thymoma.
