| 摘 要： | 在系统化整体护理过程中,护理管理者要把质量评价作为管理的核心,明确系统化整体护理质量评价的目的,树立正确的质量评价指导思想,采用护理程序对要素质量、环节质量、终末质量进行评价,并做好病房管理、三级护理、护理技能质量控制和护士整体素质的评价。

| Abstract: | In the course of systemic holistic nursing care, nursing managers should take the quality evaluation as the center of the management. They should have a clear aim of the quality evaluation in systemic holistic nursing care and a correct guiding ideology of the quality evaluation. From three aspects of essential factor quality evaluation, links quality evaluation and final stage quality evaluations, we evaluate through nursing procedures. And also, we make evaluation of ward management, three-grade nursing cares, quality control of nursing technique and holistic quality of nurses. |
