喜炎平治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效及安全性评价

目的探讨喜炎平注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效及对其安全性进行评价。方法对符合小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床诊断标准的69例患儿随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组36例,对照组33例。观察组应用喜炎平注射液0.2～0.4ml/(kg·d)。分1～2次用10%葡萄糖注射液稀释后静脉滴注。对照组予利巴韦林注射液10mg/(kg·d),用10%葡萄糖注射液稀释后静脉滴注。均连用3～5d。两组均予常规液体疗法及对症治疗。观察患儿治疗后退热时间、疱疹消失时间及两组疗效。观察药物副作用。结果观察组的疗效优于对照组,平均退热时间、疱疹消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组均未观察到明显不良反应。结论喜炎平注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效优于利巴韦林,疗效明显,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Evaluation of the efficiency and safety of Xiyanping in treating Herpangina of children

Objective To evaluate of the efficiency and safety of Xiyanping injection in treating Herpangina of children.Methods 69 cases suffering from herpangina were randomly divided into two groups.36 cases in treatment group were treated with Xiyanping injection;33 cases in control group were treated with ribavirin injection.Result The total effective rate and the rate of excellent effect in the treatment group was highter than the control group with significantly difference(P <0.05).Duration of fever and the extinction time of herpes pharyngis in the treatment group was shorter than the control group with significantly difference(P <0.05) too.No side effects were observed in two groups.Conclusion Xiyanping injection could be effectively and safely used in treating herpangina with little side effects.
