宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术(transcervical resection of polyp,TCRP)用于治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效,为子宫内膜息肉的临床诊治提供参考依据。方法对我院2010年1月至2011年6月收治的80例子宫内膜息肉患者的临床诊治资料进行回顾性分析,并对孕激素治疗和随访结果进行统计分析。结果 80例子宫内膜息肉患者镜下诊断与病理诊断符合率达到96.0%,手术均1次完成,患者无术后并发症。手术平均时间为(20±5.5)min,平均出血量为(45±10.0)mL,术后患者子宫内膜息肉复发率为零,患者平均住院时间为5.0d,术后随访6~12个月,患者临床治愈率达到90.0%,有效率达到100.0%。结论宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术是治疗子宫内膜息肉的有效手术方法,行之有效,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps(transcervical resection of polyp,TCRP) for the clinical efficacy of endometrial polyps,endometrial polyps for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of reference.Methods From January 2010 to June 2011 admitted 80 cases of endometrial polyps in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and progesterone treatment and follow-up results of statistical analysis.Results of 80 patients with endometrial polyps endoscopic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis rate of 96.0%,the operations were completed 1,patients without postoperative complications.The average operative time was(20±5.5)min,average blood loss was(45±10.0)mL,endometrial polyps in patients with postoperative recurrence rate was zero,with an average length of stay was 5.0d,were followed up for 6-12 months,the patient achieved clinical cure rate 90.0% efficiency reached 100.0%.Conclusion Hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps is an effective treatment of endometrial polyps in surgical techniques,effective,worthy of clinical application.
