| 摘 要： | 目的观察信必可治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者的临床疗效。方法将70例支气管哮喘患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予吸入信必可治疗,对照组给予糖皮质激素吸入剂常规治疗,治疗8周后观察两组患者临床症状以及肺功能变化的情况。结果经治疗后观察组的临床疗效及肺功能改善情况均优于对照组。结论信必可治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者临床疗效可靠,值得在临床上广泛推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation to the bronchus asthma patients with chronic duration.Methods 70 cases of bronchial asthma patients were divided into two groups.The observation group was given budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation.The control group was given budesonide.To observe the clinical symptoms and the changes of lung function after 8 weeks treatment.Results The clinical curative effect of the observation group and improve lung function are better than the control group after therapy.Conclusion Budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation can treat the bronchus asthma patients in chronic duration with clinical curative effect,and is worth in clinical widely. |
