小儿反复呼吸道感染与微量元素锌铁的关系

目的探讨小儿反复呼吸道感染与微量元素锌铁含量的临床意义。方法选择我院2009年11月至2010年12月收治的反复呼吸道感染患儿62例,作为观察组,同时选择正常健康体检的患儿63例作为对照组,分别检测两组患儿的Zn、Fe含量的变化情况。结果反复呼吸道感染患儿血清中微量元素锌、铁的含量明显低于健康儿童(P<0.05)。结论血清中微量元素锌、铁含量降低的儿童易反复发生呼吸道感染。

Children with Recurrent Respiratory Infections and the Relationship of the Trace Elements Zinc, Iron

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of children with recurrent respiratory infections and trace elements zinc iron content.Methods The 62 cases of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children admitted in our hospital from November 2009 to December 2010,select normal healthy children as the observation group,63 cases were detected in both groups of children as a control group,Zn Fe content changes.Results Recurrent respiratory tract infections and serum zinc,iron content was significantly lower than healthy children（P0.01）.Conclusion Serum zinc,iron content lower for children easy to recurrent respiratory infections.
